| Comments | 3 CDs + 1 Blu-Ray Audio disc housed in a gatefold sleeve within a rigid slipcase 64 page hardback book New sleeve notes from highly respected Rolling Stone writer David Fricke Limited Edition Super Deluxe Edition printed on spine of box. This 3CD/Blu-Ray Deluxe release includes various alternate/new stereo mixes. Also featured is previously unreleased BBC sessions. The Blu-Ray audio disc contains 24/96 High-Resolution Audio. Sleeve notes from highly respected Rolling Stone writer David Fricke. The band began recording at Rayrik Studios in London's Chalk Farm in the summer of 1966 (from which Wrapping Paper and The Coffee Song resulted). The core of the album work was completed at Ryemuse Studios, 64 South Molten St., Mayfair, London in Sep-Nov '66 - with Timperley engineering at both studios. Track 1-11 first released on the Scandinavian and German versions of Fresh Cream, Polydor 423 031, January 1967 Track 2-11 first released on the US version of Fresh Cream, ATCO SD33-206 Tracks 2-12 and 2-13 first released on the Scandinavian and German versions of Fresh Cream, Polydor 623 031, January 1967 Track 3-2 first released on the box set "Those Were The Days", Polydor 314 539 000-2, in September 1997 Tracks 4-11 and 4-24 originally released on "Best Of Cream", ATCO 33-291, released July 1969 Made in the Czech Republic (on rear box) Made in the EU (on all discs) |
