| Comments | Special (book-like) edition Orchestra recorded at Abbey Road Studio. Recorded at Astoria, Abbey Road, British Grove, Gallery Studio and at home. Mastered at The Mastering Lab, Los Angeles. Japanese pressing with wrap-around obi and 12 page Japanese insert. A book-like case complete with hard covers, cloth spine and foil-blocked spine lettering. Booklets for the various countries possibly all made in Italy. "Manufactured and Distributed by Columbia Records, A Division of SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT / 550 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022-3211.." printed on the rear cover of the booklet. The booklet seems to be the same as the US release - hence the obi covering the full rear cover. "Manufactured by Sony Music Japan International Inc.." printed on the obi. |
