| Comments | Gatefold sleeve, with an inner sleeve for each disc printed with lyrics. This differs from another similar release in terms of the sleeve artwork: on the lower left of the front cover of this release, there is an extra box under the CBS logo which reads: "SPECIAL PRICE 2-RECORD SET" Catalog no. "S2BP 220216" appears on gatefold and inner sleeves and on labels, catalog no. "PC2 36183" appears on labels.
