Recorded at the Old Smithy Recording Studio, Worcester, UK, except 12, 13, 14 recorded by OJO Sound at Medellow Studio, Eardisby, UK. Jewel case with transparent tray and a 2x4 poster-like booklet, housed in a cardboard slipcase with embossed title. Made in England. |
