| Comments | 1986-7 rainbow label pressing with rim text inside the colorband. No barcode. Gatefold jacket. Originally came with a plastic inner sleeve, no insert was included. No embossed letters on the labels. Glossy labels with sloped 72mm outer ring and 35mm inner ring. Runouts are etched except for the Allied ɑ logo and "MASTERED BY CAPITOL" which are stamped. Cutting engineer scribe "Wally" in Side A runout only. "AL-SP" in runouts indicates that the master lacquer was cut at Allied (AR) and pressed at Specialty (SP). The Allied lacquer was plated at Sheffield Lab (SLM) in Olyphant (the same location as Specialty). The Allied lacquer was made from parts originally made by Capitol (MASTERED BY CAPITOL). Cover printed on poster-board stock. Includes the "All Rights for the United States..." and NEMS credits at the lower right corner on the back. |
