Records Inc. for the U.S. and WEA International Inc. for the world outside of the U.S. Manufactured in the E.U. Insert with lyrics and “Purple Rain face” folds open and is plain white on the reverse. Record is in generic white inner sleeve. As with most Rhino reissues, Rhino released a pressing for US market [[r2085604]] and another for EU market. This is EU version. Judging from the matrix nos, it looks as though plating was done at Rainbo and EU version pressed by Optimal. Some copies had marketing, hype sticker 'Back to Vinyl' on shrink cellophane. |
