Gatefold sleeve. Comes in two plain beige paper inner sleeve. Made in the EU. US version was released on Black Friday Record Store Day. European version released December 2, 2013. Both US & EU versions include a coupon for MP3 download of all tracks (announced on a shrinkwrap sticker). US version comes with a second shrinkwrap sticker for Record Store Day and was available in the following quantities: 3000 (USA), 1500 (Canada). |
