First issued with sunburst CBS labels stating Stereo on the left and with a double pointed arrow below it.
The labels on some copies have three dots near the spindle hole arranged in a straight line on side one and in a triangle on side two to identify the sides by touch.

Gene Grief stole the design credit from the artist Hugh Brown who designed this cover - Grief made minor alterations to Brown's work and CBS credited Grief, their inhouse artist. Brown gets an obscure reference on the second release. The sleeve is Brown's work not Grief's. |
