Recorded at André Perry Studios, Montreal, February 1972. Recorded at the wakening of february in the gracefull year of 1972. Re-mixed at Manta Studios, Toronto. Published by April Music (Capac) On back of digipak: Tracks 9 to 13 indicated as bonus tracks. "Often compared to the work of Nick Drake, Upon Velveatur is a dense and mysterious French-Canadian folk-psych suite, featuring beautiful melodies, lush orchestration and scorching electric guitar. Barely circulated on its original release in 1972, it has since gathered a major cult following. This is its first appearance on CD, and comes complete with five bonus tracks, rare photographs and sleevenotes by the enigmatic M. Rodier himself."
