Artist named "Wayne County And The Electric Chairs" on the front cover, and "Wayne County & The Electric Chairs" on the labels. Sleeve reads "Blatantly Offenzive" but label on record reads "Blatantly Offensive". The Side 2 label appears to have been misprinted as 'Side 1' and corrected with an overwritten '2'.
