Earlier editions of this version would have a generic silver foil and black sticker on the outer wrap advertising the 180 gram vinyl and MP3 download. Later editions have a paper sticker with band/album title and barcode. Recorded in March of 2002 in Lincoln, Nebraska, at Presto! B6 is not listed on back cover or record label, but is included on lyric sheet.
