| Comments | US issue, with black and white printed inner sleeve featuring the UK cover art on one side and lyrics on the other. Varied styles of sleeve exist; first copies have a heavy brown cardboard sleeve with a "wrap" print applied (the art is printed separately on paper and then applied onto the sleeve) while later versions have the art printed directly onto white cardboard before the sleeve is manufactured. The early versions also have the insertion notch on the photo side of the inner sleeve, while the later versions reversed this and had the notch on the lyric side. the later versions also use a deeper shade of green ink and have less detail in the back sleeve photos. |
