Promoted as 'limited run' and 'first and only pressing'. Issued in a glossy gatefold jacket with fold out panels with left and right spines, and a top-opening center die-cut pocket to reveal the vinyl disc. The pocket includes an exclusive 24”x36” double-sided poster and a slide-out, gatefold lyric booklet that has a pocket to hold the record, which is in a clear plastic sleeve. Target customers who arrived at midnight of the release also received a commemorative ticket. Hype sticker on front shrink-wrap. Barcode sticker on rear shrink-wrap. "VINYL MADE IN MEXICO" printed on rear shrink-wrap. Tracks are numbered sequentially across both sides, on the cover, and record labels. Track B10 is stylized as "CANCELLED!"
