| Comments | Issued in an embossed gatefold sleeve with printed inner sleeves and including a poster. First cat# on sleeve, second on label. Third cat# is a legacy from the US edition between brackets. Rim text on labels is in white lettering. For similar German pressings with the same labels, see [r=2003750] (all runouts without PF) and [r=25890037] (PF in runouts only on LP2).
