Matt gatefold sleeve with 2 inners die cut on 3 of the 4 corners.

A bundling of The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn and A Saucerful Of Secrets with a new cover. Piper At The Gates Of Dawn was released in 1967 and A Saucerful Of Secrets was released in 1968.

This version features a picture of "W. R Phang's Dental Surgery" (a genuine business) on the top right on the front cover. This version was withdrawn following objections from Dr. Phang due to dentists not being allowed to advertise. A [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/1479685] later version [/url] came out featuring a picture of a gargling monk.
