The song length for the last track (16) is actually 3:44, the remaining time on the song is white noise. Note that Korn, with MTV, started a competition with this album, in that they were asking fans to design an album cover. 5 different pieces of art work were chosen in the end. This release features the artwork by MTV Cover Contest Winner Alfredo Carlos.
