Vertigo ''large swirl'' label - with the wording ''Vertigo'' credited below the spindle hole on B-side label.

Matte gatefold sleeve - with the credits mentioning ''Management / Jim Simpson, Big Bear, Birmingham''
This was withdrawn almost immidiately after it was issued, due to contractual disputes between the band and Big Bear.
2nd UK issue was immidiately released without management credits inside gatefold sleeve.
