No indication at all of CD release date, but the booklet includes a section of "Notes" about the album of the sort they used to write especially for CDs when they first came out in the 1980s (see images). The booklet also includes the old description of a CD--how to store, handle, and clean it, etc.--that was printed in early CD booklets (see images). Example: "The Compact Disc Audio System offers the best possible sound reproduction--on a small, convenient disc. Its remarkable performance is the result of a unique combination of digital storage and laser optics...."

This seems to imply that the disc was released in the mid-late 1980s.
