First MCA CD issue of this title. This one featured complete reproduction of the artwork. The CDs are housed in individual jewel cases with identical booklets, only differentiated by disc number on the cover and their individual DIDX- number on the back. The booklet is a single-sheet, double-sided, eight panel poster fold-out. The tray cards, likewise are of the same design, except that each lists the track for each disc.
The second MCA issue, a budget release, did not feature the complete artwork and can be identified by a purple back cover.
