Contains all nine original Choking Victim demos. The tracks 1, 2, 4, and 6 from this 1992 release appear reordered on the Crack Rock Steady EP (1993) and then again on the Squatta's Paradise/Crack Rock Steady EP (2000) compilation.
Back cover credits the band for their instruments as well as what they smoke. It also features two small sketches: a hanging stick figure, and a man crudely drawn in a Choking Victim shirt saying, "There seems to be something caught in my throat."
Back cover also says, "SQUAT KORE UBER ALLES!!" all tracks are stylized in capital letters, with Corporate Trash stylized as "CORPORATE TRA$H" Tent City Records Address is also listed in the bottom right corner.
