Comments Gatefold cover with 44-page black and white booklet stapled inside the sleeve.

"Limited Edition 2675 216" sticker on front cover, referring to the box set ([m=1521292]), inside which this reissue was also included. Most likely released between 1978 and 1985 (see the profile page of [l339260]).

How to identify this edition:
- "Printed in West Germany by Gerhard Kaiser GmbH, Essen" (inside gatefold, right-hand side) (see images)
- "Made in Germany" on all sides on the labels
- English rim text on the labels
- Pressed by and lacquer cut at [l339260] ("PRS Hannover" colourless stamp on the back cover and "320" in the runouts)

Similar German edition: [r=22138075] printed by [l264210] but cut at [l391209] (yet no proof of the lacquer cutting studio).
