Comments This box set consists of heavy card photo-laminated outer box, containing heavy card photo-laminated wallet book that has a 112-page booklet & 5 CDs (in 5 natural card jackets) bound into the wallet spine. Booklet contains interviews, essays and rare photos, as well as track info.

Disc 4 is a partially-enhanced CD [Macromedia / Quicktime] containing tracks of live footage from 1968-72 performances.
