Rarities compilation. Previously available through the band's fan club. Track 18 is in the public domain. Many are now unavailable, or extremely hard or expensive to obtain. Here's where they were originally found: 1, 3, 8, 10 were on the promotional CD EP "[url=http://www.discogs.com/release/875759]Working Undercover For The Man[/url]" released by EMusic. 2, 5, 14, 16, 17, 18 were on the CD included with McSweeney's Issue #6. 11, 12, 13, 15, 19 were part of the online-only release "Long Tall Weekend" from EMusic. 4 was recorded for a series of TV specials produced by Nightline called "Brave New World." 6 was recorded for the NPR radio show "This American Life." 7 was recorded for "TMBG Unlimited", a monthly subscription service through EMusic. 9, 21 were recorded for the graphic design firm The Chopping Block. 20 was recorded outside and live at Columbia University, New York City.
