Gatefold sleeve. Made in the EU. US version was released on Black Friday Record Store Day. European version released December 2, 2013. Both US & EU versions include a coupon for MP3 download of all tracks (announced on a shrinkwrap sticker). US version comes with a second shrinkwrap sticker for Record Store Day and was available in the following quantities: 3000 (USA), 1500 (Canada). |
