Comments Paste-over cover leaving white borders on three sides. "File Under: The Beatles", half of a black circle which wraps over to the back, and "T 2442" appears top right corner in white border. The number 2 appears under "Photography" on the back cover, indicating cover fabricated by Imperial Paper Box Corp., Inc. of Brooklyn, NY

Labels printed by Keystone Printed Specialties Co., Inc. Scranton, PA

Black labels with rainbow outer ring; "RUBBER SOUL" is printed wider than the Capitol logo; "THE BEATLES" is printed below album title; below this the names are printed as, "JOHN LENNON, PAUL McCARTNEY, GEORGE HARRISON" on one line, with "and RINGO STARR" on the next. Track A2 has "NORWEGIAN WOOD" and "(This Bird Has Flown)" on two lines. There are other versions identical to this, but they have bigger circles around the spindle hole.

"G" at end of matrix numbers denotes a Decca Records Pressing Plant, Gloversville pressing.
