Comments Led Zeppelin IV (Korrekt tittel: ) er det fjerde albumet til det engelske bandet Led Zeppelin. Albumet ble utgitt 8. november 1971, og har ingen offisiell tittel, men er som ofte omtalt som Led Zeppelin IV, for å følge trenden fra deres tidligere utgivelser. Det blir også kalt Four symbols, jfr de fire symbolene. Led Zeppelin-gitarist Jimmy Page har selv kalt albumet Led Zeppelin IV i intervjuer, mens vokalist Robert Plant viser til det som «det fjerde albumet». Det er et av tidenes mest solgte album med over 30 millioner solgte eksemplarer, hvor hele 23 millioner av disse er solgt i USA.
