Comments Death of a Ladies' Man er Leonard Cohens femte studioalbum, utgitt i 1977. Det nådde nr. 20 på VG-lista.

Sammen med produsent Phil Spector skrev han 15 sanger, hvorav 8 kom med på platen. For noen av sporene rakk ikke Cohen å spille inn mer enn midlertidig vokal før han ble utestengt fra studio av Spector, som mikset albumet på egen hånd. Hans «Wall of Sound» gjorde at det musikalske resultatet skilte seg dramatisk fra Cohens folkrock-stil.
