| Comments | Special limited edition of 2000 copies pressed on very dark brown vinyl and signed by both Elton John and Bernie Taupin. It came with a red & black sticker stuck on the shrink-wrap right in the middle of front sleeve stating the following: "This limited edition pressing is one of 2000 personally autographed to thank you for your support." Otherwise this has the same gatefold sleeve and booklet as the standard US edition. Engineered at Caribou Ranch, Colorado. Remixed at The Marquee Studios, London. Lettering Help at Bloomsbury Group.
