Packaging consists of a replica of Al's accordion, with the records housed between the bellows. A 128-page book is strapped to a side, featuring photography, full credits, and foreword from Al, plus notes by him for each track on Medium Rarities.
All records are 150 gram and come in slim spine-less jackets with die-cut paper inner sleeves.
