Recorded between 1968 and 1970 in Los Angeles (CA, USA), New York (NY, USA), Boston (MA, USA), Philadelphia (PA, USA), Pittsburgh (PA, USA), Detroit (MI, USA) & Copenhagen (Denmark). Mixed at Elektra Sound Recorders, Oceanway Recorders, Cherokee Studios & Digital Magnetics (all in Los Angeles, CA, USA). Mastering at Digital Magnetics (Los Angeles, CA, USA).
