Brothers in Arms er det femte studioalbumet fra den britiske rockegruppen Dire Straits. Albumet ble gitt ut i mai 1985 og har solgt over 29 millioner eksemplarer over hele verden. Albumet kom i 2003 på 351.-plass i musikkmagasinet Rolling Stones liste over «Tidenes 500 beste album». This is the 1985 version mastered by John Dent. Page 6 of the booklet has credit: Mastered by - John Dent at The Sound Clinic, London. See images. [r=2825382] also released in 1985 was mastered by Bob Ludwig. Additionally, the entire [l486734] Series of CD albums reissued in 1996 were all remastered by Bob Ludwig. John Dent mastering is authentically known on discs with 02, 03 and 06 last digits on matrix. Matrices ending with 07 and higher - Bob Ludwig mastering. The left and right channels on Dent and Ludwig versions are reversed.
