| Comments | Management credits are not listed on this version of the release. Comes with a Poly lined paper sleeve inside the main custom printed inner sleeve. Also exists with the Columbia Records logo misprinted on the back (looks skewed, see picture). This is the first repress of the 2014 edition, originally cut by Ryan K Smith (RKS). This pressing was cut by Daniel Krieger (K). The runouts are etched, only the MPO and the following number on side A are stamped. Another variant does not have the MPO logo on side A. |
