CD1 & CD2 were recorded in Chicago World Amphitheater (today called First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre) April 14th 1997 on the Test For Echo Tour except: CD1-4: Philadelphia Corestates Center 30/4/94 (Counterparts Tour) CD1-6: Miami Arena 27/2/94 (Counterparts Tour) and CD1-7: Dallas Starplex Amphiteater 24/5/97 CD1-10,CD2-7: Mansfield Mass Amphitheater 23/6/97 CD2-2: Detroit Palace Auburn Hills (Conterparts Tour) CD2-6: Toronto Molson Amphitheater 02/7/97 (Test For Echo Tour) CD3 was recorded entirely at the Hammersmith Odeon, London on February 20th 1978 on the Farewell To Kings Tour. CD1-10 to 16 are banded as one track on the packaging but appear as separate tracks on the actual disc.
